| It was common practice in the summer months to live on an island in the Allegheny River in tents and those who had work would go back and forth to their jobs from the encampment. The man third from the left is Henry Winger, fourth is Mable Winger Alcorn, and the fifth is RCW's Dad, Charles Winger. The place is below Tionesta about 30 miles above Oil City.
