The DLW Database, from information provided by JVW and CWM, reports that Jacob Wenger was born in Tulpehocken Township of Berks County, PA. Jacob married Anna Marie (b.1750). He died in Hempfield Towship of Westmoreland County, PA. Jacob is perhaps buried in the Brush Creek Cemetary. CWM also gives his birth year as 1756~. He was the executor of his father's will.
Jacob and his wife Anna Marie had five children. This project is primarily concerned with John (WINGARD) Winger, born 14 Nov 1778, and Jacob WINGER, born 8 Jun 1788, who both moved to the northwestern part of the state.
