Both men in these two pictures remain nameless for now. Help me someone! The one on the left is standing in the Machine Shop next to the bench grinder and the drill press that we had. The one on the right is welding the battery box on that truck I believe. He also did radiator repair and I think glass and canvas repair too. To the left of the truck is the open ended Service Section office that was closed in with plywood. The truck, by the bumper markings, is obviously one of our trucks. | |

This is what you probably think it is, a fridge for the recently deceased. It came into our shop for repair and reuse. It had door hinges and other metal parts that needed welding. | This is right outside the Service Section shop. I think the name of the one on the left is SP4 Adrian. I can't remember the one on the right. Help me someone! Note the bumper markings on the jeeps. The one on the left was ours. The one on the right belonged to the 704th Maintenance Battalion of the 4th Infantry Division which was on Camp Radcliff after the 7th Cav left and while I was there. The next building up from us was the main vehicle repair shop. |
